Responsibilities

• Manage all operating functions of HK office to accomplish operational and other business goals.
• Provide direct oversight of all office staff.
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the various departments including Design, Engineering, QA/QC, Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain (Inventory/Production Planning & Logistics), etc.
• Lead efforts in new vendor sourcing in various parts of China as needed to provide competitively sourced products.
• Develop, update and maintain applicable procedures for all functions in HK office with communication interfaces to the US offices.

Requirements:

• Sound educational background supported by a degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline is an advantage
• At least 10 years relevant working experience in toys trading and in factory/vendor operations in China.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Chinese
• Good team player with strong leadership skill in a fast pace environment.
• Well-developed time management and people skills; capable of lateral thinking within different business functions and able to prioritize and delegate effectively.
