Job Description

  • College graduate with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 5 years experience in serving Senior Executive
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Have exemplary office and IT skills (Microsoft Office incl MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Chinese word processing)
  • Be totally committed and take pride in their work
  • Good eye for details, well organized, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills, being used to dealing at all levels.
