Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR functions: perform recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation, MPF and group life insurance
• Handle all-rounded office administration functions: general office security, central filing, manage office contracts and supplies
• Organize corporate events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas party
• Assist ad hoc HR & Admin. projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management
• 3 years solid experience in HR & office administration
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Cheerful, detail-oriented, initiative and independent
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing)
• With secretarial training will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
