Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR functions: perform recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation, MPF and group life insurance
- Handle all-rounded office administration functions: general office security, central filing, manage office contracts and supplies
- Organize corporate events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas party
- Assist ad hoc HR & Admin. projects
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management
- 3 years solid experience in HR & office administration
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
- Cheerful, detail-oriented, initiative and independent
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing)
- With secretarial training will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
