Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls, enquiries, guest visiting & other reception duties;
• Maintain the reception area at a high standard condition;
• Manage the bookings of meeting rooms and other facilities;
• Carry out various administrative duties (e.g. stationery, courier, internal events, etc.)

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above;
• 2-3 years relevant working experience;
• Pleasant, polite, self-motivated and punctual with excellent telephone manner;
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing);
• Immediate availability is preferred.
