Responsibilities: 

• Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development, develop and retain talents. Establish talent and performance management system
• Manage and control departmental manpower expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the Management team
• Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development Plan
• General office administration
• Provide compensation and benefits administration;
• Provide employee services and counseling.
• Ensure all the HR policies are all compliance with the local labor ordinance and law

 Requirements: 

• At least 5 years experience in HR management
• University degree holder
