Responsibility: 

• To perform general office administration duties include but not limited to office procurement, equipments maintenance & repair, maintaining office tidiness, assets and inventory control, office renovation & relocation, contract renewal etc.
• To back up receptionist duties include but not limited to courier and postage arrangement, etc.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• HKCEE graduated or Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration or Degree in any related discipline
• With 3-4 years’ experience in Office Administration.
• Less qualification & experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Proficiency in PC skill including MS Office & Chinese Input
