Job Description
- Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a commercial building
- Duties include liaising with owners/tenants, handling inquiries and complaints, supervising site staff and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
- Form 5 or above with at least 2 years’ experience in property management
- Holders of Security Personnel Permit and possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work independently and willing to work on shift
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese is essential
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
