Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staff acquisition for various departments to meet business needs.
  • Responsible for HR policies and procedures inventory, assist in the review of the policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in managing the process of Performance Management Systems.
  • Provide support to line managers and employees related to HR issues in compliance with legal requirement and internal policies.
  • Assist in various HR projects covering HR processes revamp, job grading evaluation, staff development plan.
  • Provide consultancy to line management in both the Hong Kong head office and worldwide offices to enhance organization effectiveness and staff relations.
  • Deliver the HR services independently in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
  • Engage in any other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in the discipline of human resources management or business administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in human resources management as a generalist with focus in recruitment and staff development.
  • Exposure in policy and process review, project management and consultancy services, with regional experience would be an advantage.
  • Well versed in labour law and other related ordinances.
  • Good interpersonal skills and with an outgoing personality, able to communicate and partner effectively with people from different backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Able to manage mutli-tasks and work under tight time frame.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office applications. Knowledge of IPL and other HRIS is an advantage.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
