Job Description 

• Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to senior management
• Support the operations document such as sales contract, sales invoices, customer correspondence, internal document
• Support daily operation for the sales team
• Well versed with Payroll and MPF
• Perform all-rounded office administrative duties, such as, meeting arrangement, office and equipment maintenance, petty cash recording, bank recording, stationery ordering and inventory control
• Handle telephone calls and receive visitors
• Providing any ad hoc assistance as required

Requirements 

• Higher Diploma or above in Management or related disciplines
• Mature; Well-organized ; Self-motivated; Attentive to details; Independent; Excellent time management
• 2 year working experience in administrative field is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Immediately available is preferred
