Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of legal secretarial and administrative supports to Head of Legal and Legal & Company Secretarial team
• Assist to handle business and legal documentation
• Handle meetings schedule and arrangement including board committee meetings and annual general meetings
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications & Abilities:

• Degree holder or above (with formal secretarial training would be advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position preferably in listed company, MNC and law firm
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Possess self-motivated, detailed mind, good communication skill and work independently
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as “Senior Legal Secretary”
