• Minimum 5 years experience in Food and Beverage operations at managerial level, preferably in Hotel / Fine Dining Restaurant
• Competence in planning, organizing, running and controlling all aspects of restaurant operations
• Good communication skill with excellent customer service mindset
• Strong manpower planning and training skills
• Excellent leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
