Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Payroll processing and C&B administration;
- Maintenance of staff attendance and staff leave record
- Assisting in recruitment, orientation, training and staff development;
- Organising staff recreation activities;
- Performing general office administration duties.
- Perform ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline;
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in payroll processing;
- Well versed in HK labour law and MPF ordinance;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Knowledge in HRIS (SMAS) will be an advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
