Job Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and C&B administration;
• Maintenance of staff attendance and staff leave record
• Assisting in recruitment, orientation, training and staff development;
• Organising staff recreation activities;
• Performing general office administration duties.
• Perform ad hoc duties.

 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline;
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in payroll processing;
• Well versed in HK labour law and MPF ordinance;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook);
• Knowledge in HRIS (SMAS) will be an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
