The Challenge

- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, personnel record & leave administration, etc.

- Assist to review & implement HR policies & procedures

- Prepare analytical HR reports, and ad-hoc project

The Professional

- Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent

- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in sizeable companies, preferably in fast-paced environment

- Solid experience in recruitment is a must

- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations

- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English, including Mandarin

- Good interpersonal skills, independent, and strong sense of responsibility

- Strong in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
