Responsibilities:

• Assist to handle Fixed Assets Control & cash flow forecast
• Handle f/s of account for small company and coordinate with auditors independently
• Review and responsible for accurate data entries
• Keep records for co sec./ banking facilities / financial reporting & etc.
• Assist Senior Accountant in other ad hoc project assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting
• At least 3 - years' working experience in Accounting field
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word, familiar with accounting system, such as SUN
• Responsible, pro-active, detail-minded, independent and well-organized with pleasant personality
• Experiences in maintaining fixed assets register, calculation of deprecation and arrangement of physical count for fixed assets is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considering as Accounting Officer
• Immediate availability is preferred
