Job Description:

• Responsible for payroll administration and/or reviewing for Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Japan
• Handle compensation and benefits administrative and coordinate with service provider
• Provide daily HR / Administrative support include recruitment, employment, leave administration, performance review, training, etc
• Maintain employee database and records in an accurate and orderly manner
• Compile regular reports on an accurate and timely manner
• Assist in ad hoc duties when required

 Requirements:

• Graduates with 2 years related working experience
• Basic knowledge in employment ordinances and other related legal regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, independent, and well-organized
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Hands on with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
