Job Description:

• Support, design, development and delivery of the in-house training programmes that meet the needs of the company
• Execute, coordinate and monitor learning and development activities to enhance service standards and meet business objectives
• Work closely with various frontline managers to identify training needs and provide appropriate training supports
• Prepare and monitor budgets and resources allocation
• Assist in handling various HR functions including the processing of compensation  & benefits, staff recruitment and movement and staff relations programs
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management / Training & Development or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience preferably with exposure in training and development in a sizable company
• Capable to analyze individual or group training needs, define development plans and training materials
• Proactive, energetic, good presentation and facilitation skills
• Sound interpersonal skill and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Innovative and competent to administer projects for organizational change and meeting business objectives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer - Training
