Job Description

• Provide general reception services
• Answer incoming calls with professional and friendly manager
• Greet visitors and registration
• Prepare company expenses summary report
• Handle office administrative and clerical duties
• Handle mail and correspondence
• Manage office supplies, facilities and equipments maintenance, documents filing and record keeping
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirement

• Form 5 or above with at least 2-3 years experience working in sizeable firms
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, responsible, hard-working, mature, well-organized, self-motivated and be a good team player
• Communicate and coordinate with all parties concerned efficiently & effectively
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
