Responsibilities:

• Conduct franchise market study as well as devise and manage franchise expansion plan under the guidance of Director
• Generate, develop, follow up and assist in closing of any franchise leads
• Conduct research and prepare study report on franchisee candidates
• Assist in market research projects and market development initiatives under the guidance of Director
• Conduct due diligence study of franchisee candidates and lead them through agreement process
• Assist in any franchise agreement related and PCC franchise practice related legal coordination
• Handle franchise liaison and any franchisee shops related operation, compliance and evaluation on periodic basis
• Be the contact point of assigned franchisees with respect to franchisee service
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by Director

Requirements:

•  Possess university degree or equivalent, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Economics or Hospitality related disciplines;
• Possess at least 3 years of business development, retail or food & beverage industries experiences.
• Pro-active, self-disciplined, highly dedicated with leadership potential
• Pleasant, polite and easy going
• Ability to work under multi-cultural environment
• Quick learning and able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to problems
• Possess good communication, presentation and negotiation skills in dealing with diverse nationalities
• High proficiency in English and Chinese, Putonghua or other foreign language will be a plus
• Sound PC skills
