Our client, a sizable and reputable banking group, is seeking high calibres to fill the above position :

 Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the origination & structuring of syndicated loan and structured financing in Greater China region
• To assist in the formulating of pricing and lending strategy and to perform underwriting risk assessment
• To handle loan documentation and monitor the execution process
• To maintain network for market intelligence and update of investor database

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in syndicated financing and structured financing
• Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
