The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the bar & beverage operations in Discovery Bay Golf Club to ensure that its operations and procedures conform to the Company’s policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with 3 years of supervisory experience in bar operation;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English;
• Out-going, presentable and creative
• Good knowledge of beverage (spirits, wine, cocktails)
• Good Knowledge of bar daily operation, beverage purchasing, stock controlling and promotions;
• Working Location: Discovery Bay.
