Job Duties

• Actively support management in the definition of short, medium and long-term business objectives and action plans to fulfill company goals and compliance requirements
• Set up and control daily operations of the accounting, taxation and finance functions in HK and the PRC
• Exercise full responsibility over financial statements and set up sound internal control functions
• Implement and control the necessary accounting and management information systems maintaining in an efficient and reliable manner
• Actively participate in ad hoc assignments and corporate projects
• Handle consolidation of group companies

Requirements

• University degree holder in accounting or finance
• Qualified accountant (member of the HKICPA) with Big-four auditing experiences
• Minimum 4-5 years of auditing and commercial accounting experiences in listed companies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in application of Sunsystems/Vision is advantageous
• Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese; Good English & Chinese writing
• Matured, self-motivated, responsible, independent with strong leadership and excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate team spirit, good communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure
