The job holder is the leader of the newly created logistic team under warehouse department. The team is responsible for goods pick up and delivery, and purchase ad-hoc items (for warehouse & Private Flight team) when applicable.

Job Duties:

• Report to the management for any predictable issues or risks and to develop action plan to deal with
• Responsible for inventory management and warehouse operations of 3 sections: Goods Receiving, General Store, and High Bay Store
• Manpower arrangement for the logistic team in daily operations requirement
• Monitor the optimum stock level of all items, take immediate and appropriate action for under or over stock situation
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors’ delivery schedule and goods allocation
• Participate in SAPWM and High Bay store upgrade project
• To handle other tasks assigned by Manager Warehouse
• Shift duties is required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder of related discipline
• With at least 3 years related warehouse or logistics experience
• Good command of written English
• Good team player with good leadership and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skill
• Computer knowledge is required, knowledge with SAPMM and SAPWM is a plus
• Valid driving license No.1 & 2 is preferable
