Job Description

 

Requirements

  1. 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics;
  2. 5 years’ working experience in office administration;
  3. experience in event management and staff supervision are preferred;
  4. good computer knowledge and skills including Chinese and English word-processing;
  5. a mature personality as well as good organization, communication and interpersonal skills; and
  6. co-operative, able to work independently and under pressure.

Duties

  1. Provide general clerical/administrative support and logistic arrangement of fund-raising activities/programmes;
  2. coordinate and communicate with co-organizers and different working parties for effective implementation of fund-raising programmes;
  3. render support in fund-raising administration, marketing promotion and donor relationship work;
  4. supervise and provide guidance to subordinate staff; and
  5. compile reports and statistics.

 

Salary and conditions of service

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
