SUMMARY

The role of the Human Resources Officer is to support the daily HR operations for our offices in Hong Kong and China.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve in recruitment, payroll, benefit and compensation, performance management, employees relationship and training
• Assist in the formulation, implementation and review of employment policies, conditions and procedures
• Manage attendance records and other employment related records and database
• Ad-hoc HR projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in consultancy industry
• Strong recruitment experience background
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and PRC Labour Laws
• Pro-active, well-organized, analytical with excellent communication skills
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, China Word Processing and Power Point
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
