Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone and online enquiries from customers
- Handle customer complaints
- Help greet customers entering company
- Collect and manage customers' feedbacks
- Provide administrative support to technical support and marketing department
- Any ad hoc assigned duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
- 1 to 2 years of solid CS experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of internet or website service
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
