Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and online enquiries from customers
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Help greet customers entering company
  • Collect and manage customers' feedbacks
  • Provide administrative support to technical support and marketing department
  • Any ad hoc assigned duties


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
  • 1 to 2 years of solid CS experience is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of internet or website service
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
