Responsibilities

• Performing front desk and administrative operation of the office, including answering client calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and visitors as well as managing center facilities and equipment to meet clients’ satisfaction;
• Providing professional services and keeping effective communications to maintain a positive relationship guests and clients

Requirements

• High Diploma or above (Fresh graduates would be welcomed)
• Experience in customer service, front desk or administrative operation in hotel, aviation or related industries would be an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skill would be a Must
• Detail minded with good manner and business sense
• Good team player with ability to work under pressure and willing to take new challenge
