Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the Group Human Resources Manager in full spectrum of human resources support services, including training, performance management, policy formulation and implementation, succession planning.
• Provide both hands-on support and strategic assistance to help in driving and enhancing the company’s human resources management functions for Asia Pacific regions.
• Solid experience talent development system, staff benefits management etc.
• Assist in implementing of HRIS and working on new human resources initiatives in identifying and developing long-term people development strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above relevant experience for the Hong Kong market and preferable with exposure to China and other Asia Pacific areas.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can adapt to changes and work with people at all levels with different cultures.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese as well as Mandarin.
• Good command of computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
