Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to both Director General & Council (governing board) including coordination with the Chair, organizing meetings, preparation of papers and minutes, travel arrangements, handling telephone calls and to carry out translation & interpretation jobs
  
• Liaise with senior management team, members of the Council and the international confederation of Oxfam
  
• Handle company secretarial matters with regard to the statutory requirements of Council and Association business
  
• Represent the Director General’s Office in inter-departmental activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in serving senior management preferably in NGO setting
  
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  
• Strong organization, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
  
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
