Requirements:

• Degree holder or above (preferably in relation to Business Administration or Human Resources)
• At least 1 year working experience
• Mature, detailed-minded, positive attitude and hardworking
• Can work independently under pressure with good problem solving skills
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations would be an advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Duties:

• Assist in overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Office
• Handling of mails and telephone calls
• Prepare reports and statistics
• Update and maintain an effective and efficient filing system
• Coordinate and arrange meetings
• Assist in carrying out payroll administration and compensation & benefits administrations
• Assist in Project administration
