Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to manage the monthly payroll & MPF contribution and handle the benefit administration independently
• Administer the HR information / Eleave system and compile various HR reporting
• Responsible for all staffing matters including hiring requisition, job placement, conduct interview for all non-managerial positions, offer recommendation & 1st day orientation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management / University graduate
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in full spectrum of HR function, Buying Office experience is preferable
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong labour law, regulations, policies and benefit systems
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Self-motivate, proactive, confidentiality, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred.
