• Provide general administration work & clerical support for Education Consultants, including data entry, filing in application forms and follow students’ applications and occasional reception manning.
• Keep track of students’ progress, reporting to parents regularly
• Building long term parents & students relationship
• Student Support duties, including exams administration and online student VISA applications (Training will be provided)
• Work close with Education Consultants to resolve customer’s request professionally
• Assist in marketing activities
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

 Requirements:

• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Input
• Good spoken and written English; good telephone manner
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, details-oriented.
• Completed F7 or HKDSE, with 2 years of working experience or its equivalent
• Experience of working in education is preferrable but not essential
