Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all round HR administration support
- Handle medical insurance administration
- Assist in interview arrangement and training & development
- Administer HR filing systems such as employee file, database, leave and attendance record
- Maintain and update leave & attendance record regularly
- Perform ad-hoc assignments, company events and projects as required
Experience / requirements:
- F.5 full cert
- 1 year related experience in HR function
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self motivated, mature, detail minded and good team player
- Immediately available is preferred
- Working hour: 9:00am -1:00pm, from Monday to Friday
