Responsibilities:

• Provide all round HR administration support
• Handle medical insurance administration
• Assist in interview arrangement and training & development
• Administer HR filing systems such as employee file, database, leave and attendance record
• Maintain and update leave & attendance record regularly
• Perform ad-hoc assignments, company events and projects as required

Experience / requirements:   

• F.5 full cert 
• 1 year related experience in HR function 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self motivated, mature, detail minded and good team player
• Immediately available is preferred
• Working hour: 9:00am -1:00pm, from Monday to Friday
