The job encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Provide the best customer service to all customers
• Monitor shippable report, daily activities (SAP) closely and expedite well in advance to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with other sales teams and other departments.
• Follow the guidelines of SOP on order cancellation, RGA, reschedule and order entry.
• Monitoring the CRD/MPD performance and eliminated the CRD late or overdue by sales faults.

Requirements:

• F7 or above
• At least 2 years of customer service working experience
• Has working experience in electronic industry field is preferred
• Knowledge of PC & SAP system
• Fluently spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
