The successful candidate has to handle the tasks including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Trade processing and daily settlement for Hong Kong Stock
•  IPO / SBL processing
•  Nominees function of Hong Kong Stock
•  Stock deposit and withdrawal (Physical / CCASS)
•  Daily stock reconciliation / stamp duty return
•  Unit Trust / Fund trade processing and daily settlement
•  Insurance policy checking

 Requirements:

•   Associate Degree or above, preferably in Finance-related disciplines
•  Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in processing Hong Kong Stock/Unit Trust/Fund settlements
•  Knowledge of Insurance product preferred
•  Familiar with settlement system/practices including CCASS, DCASS & Prairie
•  Detail-minded, responsible, pro-active and hard working
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work overtime and under pressure
•  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•   Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Settlement Officer
