Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train all operation staffs in all stores levels.
  • Prepare all store rosters and ensure that it is effectively implemented.
  • Manage the whole Group Operation Team and ensure company rules and policies are implemented.
  • Maintain and supervise operation brand rules and operation standard procedures.
  • Check and maintain all Group stores equipment’s by ensuring they are all functioning and properly use and maintain in accordance with the brand equipment policies and procedures.
  • Achieve sales targets for all stores and minimize all operational costs.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relation.
  • Report to Managing Director to oversee the Group Operation;


Job Requirements:

  • Fluent on English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • At least 5 Years working experience in Catering industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Energetic, presentable, hard-working, positive and aggressive
  • Self-initiative, can work independently as well as a good team player
  • Result oriented, strong in problem solving and self-motivated
  • Good PC skills and knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Area Manager.
