Job Description
We are currently seeking a HR professional for the position of Compensation Officer in the Regional Compensation & Benefits Department of LVMH Asia Pacific, which is dedicated to provide value-added services to both
- LVMH Group level: Regional coordination of the C&B strategy among 60 brands and 30.000 employees
- Company level : 3 entities in Hong-Kong, Shanghai and Singapore (around 60 employees)
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
General payroll and personnel administration
- Prepare and check monthly payrolls of holding companies in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore
- Handle compensation and benefits administration such as personal tax filing, medical insurance, MPF, leave records
- Prepare regular payroll and headcount reports and analysis
- Maintain employee records in timely matters
Data Analysis
- Assist in compiling compensation data from external market surveys and internal database
- Analyzes data to assist C&B team for projects and compensation review
- Prepare materials necessary for presentations
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks in C&B initiatives as assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
- University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics or other related disciplines
- 1 to 2 years of working experience is preferred but fresh graduate with good learning attitude is also considered
- Keen to learn, agility of figures with high degree of accuracy and integrity
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Pleasant and mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese and fluency in Mandarin is required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Immediate available is highly preferred
