• Head of Operations for a fast growing and innovative technology company

The client is an international fast growing innovative technology company, global leader in its industry. Due to their continuous expansion, they are looking for a Head of Operations / Regional Operations Director to join their professional team in their global Headquarter in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior management to plan, organize and manage the overall operational activities
• Responsible for overall performance of the operations in meeting the defined operational targets and goals between various departments.
• Formulate and implement an effective operational flow, to meet company’s goals and targets, as well as objectives.
• Formulate and implement the strategic development plan to enhance operational performance.
• Formulate and implement a proper office administration system, which serves to form the core infrastructure in managing the Company.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to maximize business performance and operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with business direction.
• Responsible for driving and managing all internal operations including IT, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, HR & Administration.
• Participate in development and execution of business growth plans with top management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administrations or related disciplines
• At least 8 years operational management experience
• Experience in Technology/ Innovative Industries is a plus
• Commercial and Creative mindset and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks while leading and developing of the Company
• Familiar with Operations Management techniques and experience in Six-Sigma, FMEA, and Control Plan, etc
• Possess good team leading skills and able to motivate people & self-motivated
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees across all departments
• Strong analytical and organizing skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in spoken Mandarin
• Station in Shenzhen
