The incumbent will be responsible for directing operational activities, business volume and productivity to maximize business gross operating profit and customer satisfaction. Develop corporate client’s database and contracts, create events orders and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of preparing and serving events, coordinate with related departments to ensure all food and beverage private function and corporate events in Discovery Bay Golf Club.

Requirements:

• University or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related studies;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Catering / Events Sales / Marketing at hotel or private club is preferred;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Service-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Less working experiences will be considered as Senior Officer – Business Development;
• Working Location: Discovery Bay
