Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to team members to meet service standards
  • Ensure policies & procedures are in compliance with rules & regulations
  • Design call monitoring formats
  • Provide data on market trend and prepare analysis reports on internal & external data

  

Requirements

  • Min. 8 years experience in call center operations in banking and financial institutions
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Putonghua
