Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide training to team members to meet service standards
- Ensure policies & procedures are in compliance with rules & regulations
- Design call monitoring formats
- Provide data on market trend and prepare analysis reports on internal & external data
Requirements
- Min. 8 years experience in call center operations in banking and financial institutions
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Putonghua
