Job Description

 

Our client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is looking for high-calibre individuals to join them for the above position.

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Conduct compliance review to ensure banking operations are in compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
  • Identify non-compliance cases and prepare compliance reports accordingly with recommendations on effective solutions
  • Assist in handling Executive Officer Application with HKMA
  • Handle regular and ad-hoc projects as requested by regulatory bodies (e.g. survey on sales of investment products, self-assessment and investigations, etc)

 

Requirements 

  • University degree
  • Min. 3 years of audit or compliance review experience gained from banking industry
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements on regulated activities and licensing issues
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

(Candidates with more experience can be considered for senior position.)
