Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, review and refine operation processes to enhance efficiency.
- Enhance customer experience and strengthen product competitiveness by reviewing and improving the end-to-end process from loan application to drawdown.
- Undertake risk assessment and analysis of consumer loan products, and report to senior management.
- Provide guidance and advice on the management of operation and sales control.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and perform due diligence on legal, compliance and control related matters.
- Liaise with Customer Service Department on customer complaints.
- Monitor the improvement process and system development projects.
- University degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in bank or financial institutions.
- Sound product and market knowledge of unsecured loan business. Good knowledge of China unsecured loan business is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in compliance and internal control preferred
- Good people management, project management and communication skills
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in written & spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) & English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
