Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of segment and loan product programs
• Conduct regular reviews to evaluate products and promotion campaigns
• Involve in new product development
• Provide administrative support to the Product Development Team to develop related materials for new promotion campaigns
• Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
• Solid experience in product development and good knowledge on consumer loans products is preferred
• Proactive, independent and able to manage multiple tasks & meet with tight deadlines
• Organized, mature, detail minded and good team player
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications
