Responsibilities:

• Support the Cruise Team in execution of marketing programmes including marketing projects, trade shows, trade promotions, post-event surveys, marketing tools development etc
• Maintain accurate and update cruise schedule to Hong Kong and Asia
• Support the cruise survey, direct contact with functional staff of cruise trade, cruise lines, cruise terminal, travel agency for cruise survey and implementation
• Manage implementation of hospitality programmes including cruise fulfilment programmes, visitor information services, cultural performances and all relative arrangements; direct contact with third parties such as appointed vendors, production agencies to source appropriate services to support marketing programmes
• Handle cruise trade enquiries and provide fulfilment and services
• Timely update of marketing intelligence
• Follow through internal policies and guidelines, and management direction to achieve business objectives
• Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by the supervisor(s)
• Responsible for administrative assignments to enable a smooth operation of the Cruise team

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 6 years of solid experience in marketing communications, preferably in travel-related or hospitality industries
• Good command of English and Chinese; preferably with knowledge of Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC applications – MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese character input method
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
• Strong attention to details
