Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality assurance, complaint investigation and departmental compliance checking
- Review & streamline operation procedures
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and follow-up on regulatory issues
- Review and update internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies of the Group
- Participate in projects
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / financial institutions
- Solid experience in workflow design and good knowledge of consumer loans products is an advantage
- Organised, mature, detail minded and good team player
- Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications
