Vanke Property (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“Vanke Hong Kong”) is established outside Mainland China by China Vanke Co., Ltd. (HKEx: 2202) as the management platform for investment, financing and property development activities.

Vanke Hong Kong is the parent company of Vanke Property (Overseas) Limited (HKEx: 1036) and holds its 75% equity interest. 

萬科置業（香港）有限公司(以下簡稱“萬科香港”)是萬科企業股份有限公司（港交所代碼：2202）在中國大陸境外成立的，以投資、融資和物業開發為主要業務的管理平台。

萬科香港是萬科置業（海外）有限公司（港交所代碼：1036）之母公司，並持有其75%之股權。
