Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Option settlement for both local and overseas;
• OTC markets settlement for all products (included bond, GDR, ELN)
• Global Futures and securities settlement
• Back office system enhancement
• Provide information under section 329, disclosure of relevant interest in shares;
• Provide information and data requested by SFC

Requirements:

• Over 10 years senior management experience, familiar with all markets, all products included OTC markets and products, stock option for local and global;
• Able to work effectively under pressure and be a team player.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
