RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fund operation:
• trade booking, settlement and reconciliation
• preparation of daily trade reports and audited financial statements
• liaising with service providers such as Prime Brokers, Fund Administrator, Securities Brokers and so forth
• Client Servicing:
• investor onboarding
• clients’ problem solving
• providing ongoing supports and services to clients
• Sales and Marketing:
• preparation of marketing materials and regular reports
• road show and products promotion
• Research Support and Database Maintenance:
• Keep track of research reports on proprietary database
• Provide support in research and other areas

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in a related discipline
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in hedge fund, fund house or fund administrator; but fresh graduate is also welcome
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Must be fluent in Putonghua
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to details
