RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle settlement duties including deal matching, daily trade transactions and CCASS operations;
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of settlement instructions and liaise with counter parties to follow for settlement;
• Follow up on inquiries and requests for information relating to client accounts;
• Execute day-end procedures and handle daily stock reconciliation;
• To assist in accounting duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

 
REQUIREMENTS:

• High Diploma or above with 3-year relevant working experience in securities settlement;
• Ability to handle Hong Kong market settlements on CCASS terminal;
• Experience or good knowledge of Futures products is a plus;
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must;
• Good PC skills and Chinese wording processing;
• Cooperative, responsible, detail-minded, able to work under pressure with high level of integrity;
• Immediate available is preferred.
