Job Description

工作範圍

負責安排電話預約及一般客戶服務
介紹及解釋公司提供之服務，並協助業務推廣及宣傳
回覆電郵及日常文書處理
處理客戶查詢及投訴
與客戶建立及保持良好關係

職位要求

須具備中五或以上程度
熟悉電腦運作(包括中文輸入、MS Word及Excel)，略懂英語及一般國語
開朗主動，待人有禮，具備良好服務態度及需有團隊精神
有客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
