Responsibilities :

• Manage new build and retrofit energy and environmental project
• Liaise with consultant, contractors or end users to ensure the project is run smooth
• Conduct research and finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve the techniques and procedures for projects.
• To manage and developing projects in order to meet the timeline and within budget
• Perform test and commissioning
• Prepare project/tender/testing report and related documents

Requirements :

• Degree or high diploma holder in electrical engineering, building services, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering etc.
• Experience in MVAC projects and power generation system is an advantage
• At least 3 years experience in building service contractor or involved in MVAC projects.
• Self-motivated and result oriented
• Can work independent, pro-active and detail minded
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• AutoCAD design skill, understanding of electrical, HVAC systems and principle of combustion and Tri-generation system is an advantage
